No. A 500 mlconcentrate declaration describes the liquid supplied in that selected purchase unit. A prepared drink can also contain added water,milk,ice or another ingredient. Those additions are not extra concentrate supplied by the seller.
Do not compare a diluted drink as concentrate
A ready-to-drink can’s volume should not be inserted into the concentrate denominator simply because both products are cold coffee. Nor should a larger volume after dilution be treated as the same strength or caffeine amount as a smaller undiluted portion. Those require specific evidence.
